You have 7 days from delivery to return an item. If the fault is ours — wrong item, damaged in transit, not as described — the return is completely free and we send a replacement or refund in full. If you changed your mind, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return delivery charge. Message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back so we can arrange the pickup.
